What The Heck Fest is held annually in Anacortes WA, An Island near the Orcas Islands in Washington State. Artists from K records as well as others play for 3 days and fans spend their time in tents as well as exploring around the island. Shipwreck day, Anacortes' huge, town rummage sale coincides with the festival!
It is an absolutely wonderful time!!
